Disney Magic - Overview
Disney Magic Cruise of the Disney Cruise Line offers guests an experience of cruising fun and exciting as a Disney theme park resort vacation. Since the hearts and minds of Disney's dreammakers come to the surface the most imaginative ships - the 83,000-ton, 2400-guest Disney Magic and her sister ship, the Disney Wonder.

While family-oriented in design, these vessels meet the adults, as much as they amuse the children. The first cruise line is owned and operated by the legendary Walt Disney Company, Disney Cruise Line created two aisles with innovative facilities and services specifically designed for the unique needs of holiday resort for adults, families, youth, children and the like.

Only Adult activities --
While children are playing, adults can enjoy a wide range of onboard amenities, activities and areas reserved exclusively for them. Disney Magic Cruise of the Disney Cruise Line offers dancing, cocktails, live music, comedy shows, entertainment and many more popular options sought by adult cruiser.

Areas reserved exclusively for adults include the Quiet Cove pool and the Vista Spa and Salon, featuring state-of-the-art equipment and a full range of spa treatments. An adult-only mile-long beach - aptly named Serenity Bay - is located in Disney's private island, Castaway Cay.

A center of entertainment available in two ships: Beat Street on the Disney Magic, and Route 66 on the Disney Wonder. Bands aboard the Disney Wonder, is the perfect place to pop music dance live ranging from the 1950s through the 1990s. The Disney Wonder's dueling piano dancing club, Barrel of Laughs, allows guests to choose their favorite music and join us to sing along and ivory-tickling old. Disney's Magic jazz club, Sessions, adults offers a comfortable, sophisticated and romantic. In addition to the Disney Cruise three main restaurants, both ships feature the adults-only Palo, an elegant and romantic dinner featuring Northern Italian cuisine alternatives. Reservations are required.

Programs for children
A variety of age-specific programs are available for children, including Mouseketeer Training Oceania in Disney's Club (ages 3 and 4), gases in Action at Disney's Oceania Lab (ages 5 to 7), Regatta Races (ages 8 and 9 ), And Science Sorcery (ages 10 to 12).

Wicket's Cove on Castaway Cay, is dedicated to children's activities. Parents can relax on the beach all day while the kids enjoy nonstop supervised fun.

Teens
To accommodate the growing number of teen cruises, Disney offers guests a private escape exclusively for guests between the ages of 13 and 17. Common Grounds, located on the Disney Wonder, and the stack at Disney Magic, provide teens with a place to hang out, dance, and meet their peers from around the world. Both locations feature computers, magazines, a large TV screen, music-listening stations, and board games in a casual setting. On Castaway Cay, young guests can find challenges and adventure on The Wild Side, a single trip that takes teenagers on an island-wide road.


Castaway Cay
Each Disney cruise includes a special visit to Disney's very own private island. The 1000-acre Castaway Cay, with beaches of white sand and activities for each family member, is located in the Bahamas and exists solely for the use of the Disney Cruise Line guests. The ship docks right on the island, allowing guests to walk directly on the beach.

Separate beaches are available for young people, families and children. Serenity Bay is reserved exclusively away for adults. A wide range of fun-filled activities is available to customers new and old, including swimming, scuba diver, sailing, kayaking and sea. Rent bicycles, snorkeling equipment rentals, parasailing, banana boat rides and are also offered.

Attire
The dress code is similar to the board recommended the suit in Disney theme parks. During the summer months, shorts, slacks, Sundream and jeans are recommended. During the winter months, a light jacket, sweater and socks may be needed.

Shorts, shirts, jeans and are not recommended in any of the dining or in public areas at night. Jackets are recommended for men and dresses or pantsuits are recommended for women in Palo on both ships, aboard the Disney Magic Lumiere, and Triton aboard the Disney Wonder's. Guests on cruises of seven nights tend to bring dressier attire for use on select nights.
